Vorab ist zu sagen, dass ich ausschließlich die Onlinemodi des Spiels nutze. Daher kann ich zum Karriere-Modus nichts sagen. Zu meiner Überraschung durfte ich feststellen, dass sich am Gameplay im Vergleich zum Vorgänger eine ganze Menge geändert hat. Generell habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Herausspielen von Chancen um einiges schwieriger geworden ist. Dies liegt vor allem daran, dass das Tempo der Angreifer - Antritt und Sprintgeschwindigkeit - keine so extreme Rolle wie vorher mehr spielt, da dies nun stärker durch Attribute wie die Stärke der Verteidiger aufgefangen wird. In der Releaseversion des Spiels fiel auf, dass Kopfbälle und angeschnittene Schüsse sehr stark in der Offensive und extrem schwer zu verteidigen waren. Durch das letzte Update wurde beides jedoch abgeschwächt, sodass ich nach dem Update sagen kann, dass das Spiel wie es jetzt ist auch erfahrenen Spielern einen neuen Anreiz gibt, sich Online immer weiter behaupten zu können, da es wie gesagt eine völlig neue Herausforderung darstellt. Ebenso überzeugt hat mich die Überarbeitung des Ultimate-Team-Modus. Hier wurden neben einigen kleinen aber feinen Änderungen wie der Spielersuche nach Namen auch wirklich tolle neue Features wie das neue Chemie-System oder die Erweiterung des Liga-Systems von 5 auf 10 Ligen. Abschließend ist zu sagen, dass das Spiel für Fans sowie für Neueinsteiger ein spannedes Spielerlebnis darstellt. Wer sich Online mit den besten messen will kann dies nun auch im Koop-Modus zusammen mit einem Freund.
