These ice bricks took forever to melt, kept the water cold, and helped me process my garden vegetables fast. I started making ice bricks with these molds about 5 days before, and just stacked the ice bricks in the freezer; way better than buying bags of ice. I had plenty of left over ice bricks after my veggie blanching extravaganza!

Makes more ice than cube trays. I use an ice pick to break up the block for use in drinks. Really works great. Nice to have for coolers as well.
