I have been a customer of BioPharma Scientific for over 2 years and have spent thousands of dollars. I ordered their new shaker cup and was extremely dissatisfied because the bottle is so dark you can't see how much water you are putting in or anything. It is a bad product design and when I contacted the company about refunding my lousy $14 they said it wasn't in their guidelines.
