Very difficult to install. If you change your Wi-Fi password was unable to reconnect. Customer service is nonexistent. Unable to use it because I’m not able to reconnect to wifi. It also has to stay connected to the charger cord or does not work there’s no power no battery. I wanted to place it in the top corner of a wall but was unable to unless I have a cord hanging down the wall.
