No loose or discolored stones and only minor scratches to the metal. Not sure if it really is titanium or just stainless steel though. Overall very happy with my pride ring and a very good value.UPDATE! I've been wearing this ring for six months and it has worn well with the usual scratches one gets with use. However the GREEN CZ stone has CLOUDED to the point that it no longer sparkles. The other stones are still brilliant and sparkly. I contacted the seller and UNFORTUNATELY returns or exchanges are limited to within 30 days.
