The thing happened to me is 1st of all this brand's representation & advertisement is too good but it is bounded in it .. that's it ... It's sound ,bass ,product quality, ear comfort ,noise cancellation in bgmi is too good ..10/10 but the main thing is both earbuds' charging pin started refusing to take charge as the carbon get stick there...!! It is too irritating in charging but scratching with steel or metal pin can fix it but nowadays after 6 months from purchase the battery of both earbuds' have been started to drain very quickly ... Total battery running time is 4 hours where before it used to drain only 10% to 20% in 4 hrs... Case is very good ...working properly from day of purchase to till now ...build quality is also very good of the case.... Case totally run 1.5 days ... Mainly depends how frequently you use the buds....
