Used it less than 10 times overall and then the barrel broke - it just stopped rotating, while making the noise when you push the button. When I submitted the claim, they said they would send a replacement and requested to cut the cord and send them the photo - which I did. The replacement came from the refurbished stock. Apparently, it was mentioned at the end of their long email about the replacement. When I asked them how can I return it - they would not send me the prepaid label. So I have to pay for this return now. Not only I am losing 200$ on a device itself as they can’t refund me and can’t send me the new device as a replacement, I am also supposed to pay for the return. The bottom line: horrible tool quality (broke after less than 10 times of using it), horrible replacement policy and horrible customer service.
