So finding a place is what is tough to learn...If you try to lock them on shore, it defeats the purpose of having them flip up and sand will often block the lock so then you have to hop around to get the sand out and still manage to lock them. Also, if you bump them on a rock and they seemed to pop up but this only happened 2 times in 4 trips. ### ⭐ Novelty only, not for serious diving..... *by C***E on July 15, 2015* The mechanism that holds the fin down and usable broke on the 9th dive. Unfortunately this was also the fist dive of a week long liveaboard trip. I had tested them on a short weekend trip and they survived that. Very bad publicity, a boat full of experienced scuba divers excited to see how these fins would work and then complete failure.
