They lock up nice and tight, and the butterfly locks can be pulled up and twisted to reposition once they’re tensioned up. My only complaint is the fact that you need to use a hex key to change the angle of the handles, making them suboptimal for an actual “run and gun” filmmaking rig. But since I bought them solely as monitor handles, I can’t dock the product any stars for this shortcoming.
