This bench would be very unstable. However, I was very surprised at not only did. I have it together in under 10 minutes, but that it’s not only lightweight but it’s as solid as any bench I’ve ever used in a High in gym.As far as getting it together quickly, I must disclose that I’m recovering from a spinal fusion injury and now that my rehab is over, I’m rehabbing at home. I also have hands with three kinds of arthritis and I can’t feel four fingers on my left hand at all. And I still got it together in under 10 minutes with no help.
