I've been using Resciency Liposomal Saffron for nearly two years. I tried Saffron a few years ago and soon realized that it had a positive effect on my cholesterol. This was by accident. I had my regular six month bloodwork done after taking Saffron for a few months and found that my total cholesterol dropped by ~35-40 points. Saffron was the only thing I had done differently.
