The head is quite stiff (good thing) but easily moved into an angled position, ratchet pawls feel crisp and plenty strong enough, and the inner wire clip holds the sockets just great. Good quality item from Astro as are most of their offerings. Price seems to swing all over the place on here (as does availability) but grab one when it's at a good/fair price. I think the 3/8" sockets/handle are where it's at. With the 1/2" versions you're not losing quite as much height so other standard options might be just fine (and those need a 22mm which is necessarily a whole lot bulkier and longer).
