Looks looks like this one happened at the factory. Outer box ok but several inner boxes crushed and leakin** A: I have always received these in the past shipped in a box. Today they arrived in a mailer envelope. Box busted up, half the cups are busted up, the rest of the coffee loose in the bag and not in the Kcup. Shipped incorrectly. Shipped with no thought process going on. Doesn’t look like a manufacturing issue since it came in an Amazon box. I will call them tomorrow, as it isn’t returnable. I was going too return it….. **Q: My understanding is that 2.0 requires a round dot on the top of the K cup. If I'm wrong, why will my 2.0 machine not recognize it?** A: I do not know the answer to that question. I got the can of ground coffee, not the K-cups.
