The lock has steel parts, a foam band around it to protect the interior and a plastic cap covering the window breaker. It's a multi tool and emergency tool. Very compact no matter the vehicle, comes with two keys, crescent shape with teeth. A blue velcro band for securing it in idle time and the cap is a snug fit, it won't get lost. Weight is standard, this lock in particular is 9/10 compared to others in the same class, there are more heavy duty ones but this will certainly be in the top for daily usage. Can fit in multiple positions on steering wheels. You have to install foam on the hooks so it doesn't scratch your steering wheel. Highly recommend using a heat gun or hairdryer. Five star review. The product is a professional wheel lock and these should be used more often, they are completely legal and will effectively prevent vehicle theft. It only takes 10 seconds to place on an 10 to remove. For the amount of money a typical person pays for a vehicle it should be secured more because who knows, maybe insurance won't cover some things. The lock has steel parts, a foam band around it to protect the interior and a plastic cap covering the window breaker. It's a multi tool and emergency tool. Very compact no matter the vehicle, comes with two keys, crescent shape with teeth. A blue velcro band for securing it in idle time and the cap is a snug fit, it won't get lost.
