I purchased the bed from Amazon and upon receiving it there was NO hardware to assemble it. I emailed the manufacturer and they were kind enough to send me the hardware. Upon receiving the hardware, none of the bag letters matched the letters in my directions and was a guessing game from the start. I was able to assemble the frame. But once I moved onto the ladder and slide I discovered that I was a bag short on screws leaving me unable to even assemble the ladder and some screws were shorted leaving some boards loose and wiggly. I will NEVER be purchasing another JoyMor product.
