I couldn't find the instructions and did not think to come to Amazon because I did not think they would be public. I did a little online research and found some ideas so I started trying it and it worked I was able to change the combination from 000 to something else but it was not the numbers I selected for some reason the number I selected when I let go the little latch and scrambled them that became the new combination and I wasn't paying attention so then I couldn't unlock it anymore. I then had to start trying all the possible combinations starting with 000, 001, 002, etc. I finally got to the correct combination and when I was able to one lock the bag again I did the exact same thing and again tried to use the combination I wanted and the exact same thing happened so I had to do the going through the combinations all over again so I am not really clear at what point the combination takes so that it will become the commination so I am stuck with a combination I didn't want but it is no longer 000.Besides the combination issue the bag seems pretty nice I have yet to fill it it looks spacious not so big not so small I just hope it's enough for all my gear otherwise I will have to make it work but it is nice I am excited about the portable charger on it.The material is also very nice and soft the patting is great and I love the extension a feature to make the bag bigger and also all the little inside pockets. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for anyone! *by R***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2018* I am in love with this backpack! I searched for so long for a backpack that wasn't too big but could still fit just what I needed and this is it. Its even expandable to allow for more space and has lots of pockets to organize everything. Not only does it have a lock built into the back but the zippers allow for an additional lock if you want your bag even more secure. The outer USB port is perfect for charging my phone while I'm out and about. I plan on using this everyday so I'll update in a little while on how it holds up to every day abuse. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Pretty Good *by K***K on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2019* This back pack is just "ok". You get what you pay for. There are no instructions as to how to lock it, so I'll have to Google that, but it seems durable, and serves the purpose.
