They're more for looks than warmth, and that's fine with me as they're so decorative. The two I have are King and Queen/Full sized and fit accordingly. The shams with the King set fit King pillows and the shams with the Queen/Full size set fit standard pillows - although I was able to fit larger pillows inside. The shams have a flap opening on the underside of the sham. Super happy with these - definitely recommend.

I was really surprised with how much I liked the pattern and quality of the set when it arrived. It has beautiful colors and feels pretty decent quality for the price. I’m using in a guest room so it doesn’t get daily wear and tear but for a guest room this is a really pretty set.
