What I did was pull the door panel off and wire it straight to the lock/unlock switch on the door. Then you only need to use the white fused one and the white black one to the switch. The orange wire and the orange black wire goes with the positive power. The white wire is the lock the white black is unlock. The red,orange, and the orange black goes to the hot wire you are using. Must be all the time hot. And the black is your round abs it must be a good ground to work correctly. **Q: Can you add additional remotes?** A: This is something I wanted to know too. Though the kit comes with 2 remotes, only once can be paired at a time. This is slightly inconvenient but still a great kit. **Q: Does this use 2032 batteries?
