I don’t consider myself caffeine sensitive, but a pre-workout with 200mg of caffeine is much more sustainable than the standard 300-400mg most have. Especially when you wake up to workout like 3AM, like me. I got the black cherry flavor, it’s fairly sweet but i wouldn’t say it’s bad at all, it dissolves pretty well but just like any pre workout it’s a mid drink, it’s less about the taste and more about the effects. I also love that there’s no Beta-Alanine in this formula, i hate the tingles and itch that supplement gives. All effective supplements with reasonable, well sized doses.
