I had to use the included extender for the first couple of wearings until the material stretched a bit. My only complaint is that the material is not breathable/moisture wicking, which is unfortunate. There is plenty of stretch and the coverage is as shown in the photo. This has good support and the back panel and attachments are fairly wide. That may help with anyone who is concerned about the way your back looks with the bra on and a clingy tshirt or the like on. In other words, control of some back fat. The only thing I will mention is that I was kind of between sizes and went with the smaller size. But, the attachment is on the loosest so I might have done better to get the medium instead. One more issue, for me, is that there is a small bit of extra material/gap near the front of the arm pits. That might just be my body as I am pretty thin.
