Well packaged, very functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Upon unboxing, everything is pretty self-explanatory. Plan on supplying a good set of AAA batteries. My 8-year-old was thrilled with our new soap gadget. It has been a never-ending battle to get him to wash his hands. For the short term, it has given him the motivation to both wash and use soap.
