It is sturdy and also water and fireproof which offers additional peace of mind. I am using it as a ‘safe’ within a safe for additional security of information.
Review: A box the size of file folders - It’s a bit difficult to slide hanging file folders around on the cloth edges. It’s fairly sturdy, though. Credit card pockets are useful. Oh no, now you know where I keep my credit cards. Shouldn’t have said that. It is in fact a box in which you can place valuables. It’s got that going for it, which is nice. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to attempt to set it alight, so I can’t speak to that.

Very pleased with this item. It looks bigger than in photo. Lots of room for documents. As someone previously said, I haven't tried to see if it's fireproof or waterproof, but hope so ! Good value for money.
