I've only had this for a couple of days, but it seems to work quite well and is well-designed and well-built. It even has a white LED light that comes on to illuminate your hand and the LCD display shows the quantity of soap remaining in the reservoir, the battery life, and the amount of soap to be dispensed (which is adjustable). Most other dispensers do not have an LCD display. So far, the device dispenses Soft-Soap just fine. My only gripe is there is about a one-second delay from when you place your hand under the dispenser till it starts dispensing the soap. This was probably intentional, to give the user time to position the hand correctly, but to me, it is a wasted one-second of time. Other than that, so far it is very good. Hopefully it will hold up, but it does come with a three-year warranty if you register the product online after receiving it. They both have stopped working correctly. The amount of soap that gets dispensed is never the same. Usually way to small of amount then way to much the next time. Both units are doing this. I have tried changing the batteries and the liquid soap and nothing has helped. They worked great for a few months.
