It was the perfect size for me! It was very comfortable, the straps sat where they were supposed to, and I felt the back supports really made a difference. I am 5'1 (5'2" on a good day, lol). It's not a negative in terms of usability, but you'd think that for this price range pictures would be accurate for product assessment.I haven't used the pack yet, but I wanted to get the color portion of this review out asap. As well as initial thoughts.The pack itself seems to be sturdy and well designed. I invested in this pack due to the high number of pockets and compartments it has for storage and it does not disappoint. The fact that it came with a bonus tool pouch is a plus (not to mention the rain cover). All pockets are deep and sizeable.The pack has reflective fabric on the front (as does the rain cover). There are some silver designs on the side of the pack, but sadly these aren't reflective.The air foil provides a sturdy back surface with minimal surface area contact. I'm very interested to see how it fairs when taking it out on a ride. The air foils also makes the body of the pack sit away from your head (which is a major plus when you are short like me).The magnetic hook for the water tube is located on the right side with no options of moving it to the left. The tube is easily removable from the bladder (a quick button push and you're done). The bladder is also incredibly easy to close. The bladder has a hefty handle that allows easy maneuvering.Overall, the pack looks sturdy and ready for adventures. I'm very disappointed on the color of the pack.
