There was no leakage, no problem opening or putting it into the printer. The printer registered the product without any difficulty and I've been getting a clean smooth printed surface. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bad experience turn very positive from seller customer service *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2019* I had previously ordered the black cartridges and had zero issues. Purchased the full color bundle and initially everything was working fine. Something went terribly wrong and the cartridges were leaking toner and essentially could not use my expensive printer.Every page was a disaster and unreadable.Once I was able to get in touch with the seller directly, I provided my order number as requested and they sent me a full replacement. I disposed of the damaged cartridges and replaced with the new ones. Immediately on the next print everything went 100% back to normal.Honestly, it was a really bad experience as the printing we were doing was very time sensitive and this was a huge problem.
