I don’t understand the purpose of the holes but I’ll probably buy some plugs for them. They seem durable, feel quality and will go great with a lot of my spring and summer outfits. I think I did size down based on all the reviews. I’m typically a 9.5-10 women’s but purchased size 9. They fit well without much diver fin at the front or back. The straps are not too snug either. Overall, I feel they are worth the value for money and the style is nice too. I used to own many other similar type sandals before kids. Since having kids those shoes no longer fit or can hold my extra weight. These will probably make it through this year well and may be able to make it through next- with constant wearing. I bought a different version of these types of material shoe from Birkenstocks and those listed 2 years and still have a bit more in them but they are definitely in their way out after avid wearing. So I’m guess that’s the same for these too.
