I think I have managed that. I'm giving it to a family member with suspected Parkinsonian symptoms and he's benefiting from this supplement. As he's taking statins too, its even more important that he gets hold of good quality Q10, as statins interferes with normal levels of uptake.He tells me he has more energy and better mental focus since taking it.
