The quality of this product is very low: the metal is very thin and feels very cheap (despite the price!) and the ceramic material used for the lamp fitting is also poor quality (it arrived chipped and with a corner crumbling). I have bought many of these for my design projects and this is the first time i find such poor quality. However it happens this would not be the big issue. The problem is the very poor customer service. The company representative was very rude denied ever having an email exchange with me before sending the product back and agtwr having agreed to it refused to compensate the postage costs.
