The unit is much smaller than most others and although I didn't think this would make much difference, it does take up less room in the hallway. The room mapping and obstacle avoidance is a step up from many. The suction is great, but as it's a smaller unit it does hold less dust. Not a problem with the auto empty station. The mopping also works well. The fact that it uses disposable pads is both a plus and minus. Cleaner and more convenient but obviously you have to buy replacements.
