Roomy, lots of little pockets. The issue is the strap. Because of how/where it clips to the bag, when you have the bag on you and open it, you'd expect the heavy part (with the camera) to remain solid against your body and for the flap to swing out. But the opposite happens. The bit that swings away is the pocket with the camera! That means if you didn't stuff it in all the way (or your camera is a bit large for the bag), there is serious danger of it falling out. I wouldn't be comfortable leaving my camera in this bag unzipped whilst walking around (say through an exhibition).
