these are just silver dragees with a gold coating. They aren't as shiny or as pretty up close. They work great for my personal use, but i would want something higher quality for professionals.

These are so pretty on cookies.  I carefully drop them with tweezers onto the cookie.  The cookies are just beautiful because of these little balls.  I won't hesitate to buy more.
