Really disappointed in this stuff. Huge waste of $11. Most expensive apple cider vinegar I've ever bought. Do yourself a favor and just but a spray bottle at the dollar store and fill it with apple cider vinegar and water. It smells so bad I literally have to was it off before using my night guard which I'm pretty sure defeats the purpose but its better than gagging.
