I have three of these and my cats love them. The platform comes with a padded, washable mat and is big enough for two medium cats to cuddle up or a large cat (ours is 6.5 kg). Although there isnt much interest from them at the moment, it looks good in the sitting room though. Hubby built it up himself and it didnt take long at all, Instructions were easy. The odd time the kittens have used it, it seems sturdy enough for them both. The cushion for the top is definitely soft and comfy for them to have a sleep on. If there are any accidents id imagine it being tricky to clean due to the fluffiness of it but easy to hoover.
