The warranty people don't answer their emails (luckily tried a new fuse and was fixed) and depending on what cigarette charger you have the device could be a tight or slightly loose fit (fits great in transit van).Wish I'd spent an extra 15-20 £ and got one that fits on the windscreen like a satnav as it would have been easier to hide the wires, wouldn't have needed the socket bulking out with duct tape for my car and also for changing channel purposes (so you don't have to take your eye off the road). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Got it to work eventually not greatest of purchasing experiences though *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 February 2019* After the first one sent out gargled the replacement sent for 5% of the original even though a bit cheeky as I have two now is a lot better. Easy to install and works a treat.Clear DAB with loads of channels my sister loves all her favs on there, even says the name of the artist and song playing I think 🤔,Only gripe is that the tape is coming loose so might need something a bit stronger.All in all not a great purchasing experience considering the first one was broken and I had to pay for another one and feel a bit cheated as I should have just got a replacement.
