Cuts through card board like a hot knife through butter. ### ⭐ Disappointing. *by A***N on May 27, 2025* I had high hopes for the product. Two stars for me. Why? Three reasons. 1. It doesn’t cut like butter. It’s fine through a single layer of cardboard but it struggles with thick cardboard and corners and often gets snagged do to poor design of its guard. It simply would not cut through an area rug. 2. It’s pricey for what you get. 3. And the main reason why I dislike the product—the safety. You have to hold the safety button on the side and the trigger at the same time to get it started and it’s extremely annoying. It’s really inconvenient and unnecessary. I’ve been around tools for decades and neither need nor want the annoying safety. I’m going to try to take it apart to disable it or maybe just tape them down.
