The wheel that you turn to adjust tightness on your head fails. We’ve replaced several. The company did stand behind the helmet and sent new suspensions but not sure they will last any better than the originals. Good luck **Q: Are there alternate suspensions you can use with this hat?** A: not to my knowledge **Q: Do you make radio ear protection to fit this hard hat** A: Not sure if they make radio ear protection but I can tell you we've bought 6 of these helmets and the ratchet tightening system can fail. The company has been good about replacing the ratchet suspension but its still a pain to the them strip and fail. **Q: Does this come with the suspension and stickers?** A: Yes it comes with the inner suspension bands and all stickers. The US flags and the reflective stickers on side and front. You can remove these if you prefer.
