At age 59, I too was diagnosed. I refused to take the shot because of the nasty side effects. In 2018 I came across the book "Your Bones" by Laura Pizzorno. It provided much information on osteoporosis and a detailed list of supplements, including the correct form and the dosage to take to build new bone. She and her co-author could not readily find all the vitamins and minerals, so they formulated what people need to grow more bones. The result was this product, Osteo Mins AM, and Osteo Mins PM. I bought all the vitamins separately but could not find all the trace minerals so got the Osteo Mins AM. I followed my new regimen faithfully for a year before getting a follow-up dexa scan. The results were amazing. I was at a pretty significant level of osteoporosis, and now I am borderline osteopenia. The lab report even used the words "significant improvement". My doctor was blown away. I will continue taking everything recommended in the book, and I expect when I get my next dexa scan (in two years) that I will show even more improvement. My Doc put me on Osteo-Mins AM and Osteo-min PM. I took 2 ams in the morning and 8 pms at bedtime, as indicated on the bottles. It takes time to build bone. It is like a factory. If it does not have the right materials you cannot complete the bone building. Within 1 year, I repeated the bone density scan, I improved my bone density by 50%. You must order the PM with D+k1 K2. Check expiration date of AM on the bottom of the bottle. This product is amazing. I had aches, down my neck and back, after doing this program for 4 months, mine went away.
