Review: Amazing guitar; awesome price! - This guitar looks out-of-the-box amazing. Mine is a blue very true to the images on the desertcart page, while some seem a bit more aqua colored in the images. The sound is great for a H/S/S setup. You can get down to the lows and really grind on that humbucker and get some amazing clean tones and leads from the single coils. For the money, the sound is awesome (through either my Marshal Mini or Spider amps). I've seen a question about fret markers (and I had the same question before I bought it) and they are there, but they are in the position of the top (low-E) string. I've circled them in the picture to show where they are. Additionally, the 12th fret has a second marker on the high-E string (also circled). More importantly, the top of the neck has the fret markers in black on the white background to make them easy to see. As others have noted, there was a bit of fret buzz out of the box. That was fine with me since the first thing I did was throw away the strings and put on a set of my favorites which are a .009-.042 set of a different brand than were equipped. I stretched them out for a couple of days and then took it to a guitar shop to calibrate the intonation, springs, tuning, and whatnot. After that, no problem whatsoever. It will slip out of tune a bit if I dive so hard that it slacks the strings, but I can just pull the tremolo bar back up a bit and it will go right back into tune. The one thing I would say is that this guitar (and any guitar) with a Floating Floyd Rose tremolo is not for beginners. not only do dives with incorrect spring settings blow the tuning, simply palm-muting for a lot of beginners will change the tone because of the amount of pressure you apply while learning. Between that and the hard-to-see-to-an-observer fret inlays (which makes it hard for an instruction to see which frets your fingers are on) I'd think you definitely want to be at least an intermediate player before you buy this one. But once you are at intermediate, this thing can make you sound and look a bit beyond your ability -not many guitars in this price range can do that.
Review: Wish it was really blue! - I just received the guitar, disappointed in the color. I wish it was blue like in the picture. Looks more teal, but is a nice guitar. It’s a Christmas present, so I’ll see how my son likes it.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How often do you restock?**
A: I’m not sore what you are asking as we have them in stock right now.
But, our normal ordering for ESP is usually very 90 days

**Q: How well does it hold a tune?**
A: very well if you use the tune locker on the top of the neck

**Q: Is there fret inlays? phots look like none exist.**
A: There are white-colored (like fake mother-of-pearl) inlays on the frets, but they are at the very top of the string (low E). If you look at image two and four in the promotional images and focus on the top edge, you will see them: rectangular with rounded edges. Additionally, the 12th fret has a second inlay on the high E string. This one is just barely visible in image 1,2 and 4 of the promotional images. I took a picture of what they look like, but it will not let me attach it. They aren't difficult to see while you are looking down and playing it. But more importantly, the usual dots on the top of the neck to mark the frets are done in black on a white background, so they are much easier to see.

If I'm being really honest, I kind of like that it's hard to see them (to the observer) it makes it look like the player (me) has much more skill and a much better muscle memory than I do to hit just the right note at just the right time. :)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful Guitar that sounds like a 1500.00 guitar.
*by S***N on October 1, 2022*

Guitar looks amazing and feels great. Overall the sounds I was getting were pretty versatile and I could play everything from clean to metal. While the pictures don't show, the inlays on the neck look great in person. I didn't experience the issues others mentioned about tuning after it adjusted to the humidity and strings broke in a bit. The fret board however needs some work. There was some minor buzzing on a couple strings and high E had its 5th fret dead. It's not the first guitar and won't be the last guitar with buzzing, but as anyone should do with a new guitar I'm taking it in to get adjusted. I'll update again after adjustment, but I'd imaging it will be all good. If the guitar tech says major issues I'll bump down, and if it's good to go I'll give it 5 stars. 3 stars for now just because of the dead fret. Also note: Mine was open box, so I cannot be happier for the price! EDIT: So I got the guitar back. Dead fret taken care of, action adjusted, Floyd Rose bridge perfectly lined up and springs all set. Now I can say this is a 5 start guitar.... AGAIN really everyone, unless you can do it yourself, should get their guitar setup, tuned, frets leveled ect on any Med quality guitar and above. I literally can't tell a difference between this and my 1500.00 Ibanez. Plays amazing and the HSS pickup config gives you a great range of music styles. Only Con: (not a big one), if you're doing absolutely crazy dive bombs with the tremelo, I've seen it not totally bounce back to the right tuning, however I think I can adjust the springs ever so slightly to fix this and I really don't do tons of dive bombs, so I'm not taking a star off from this. Overall: perfect guitar after getting it completely tuned, fret board fixed up, action lowered, bridge adjusted, and the dead fret fixed. Would recommend to anyone that wants a mid range price with high end sound.
