At first we really enjoyed the no tangle aspect of the handle. It's been 2 months and the swivel action is broke. Even when the handle and hose aren't being spun, the handle shoots water from that area. The other day I using it and for some reason the upper part of the handle just shot right off leaving the part that threads onto the hose. When I screw it back together, water shooting out from the swivel area and manages to shoot the top piece off, now every time. The product itself is sturdy and strong.
