It's advertised for gas fires but I only needed the coals for my electric fire, more for show as I don't use it Great quality too Definitely re ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sizing of coals is currently (05 Dec 18) incorrectly stated *by M***6 on 5 December 2018* The specification of this product states (as at 05 Dec 2018 - it may change subsequently) that the "Approximate Dimensions of Cast 10 COALS 55mm x 55mm x 55mm" This would be the bare minimum size I could use in my fire. Unfortunately what has arrived looks very good and realistic however the whilst they may be approx 55mm x 55mm, the thickness is more like 30-35mm, which is considerably less than 55mm. They are therefore of no use to me. I only write this so that people won't end up buying these and expecting the advertised size. As for looks, they look extremely good. Performance I can't comment on as I have not even removed them from the clear bag they are in. On the plus side, a return has been authorised and hopefully because the dimensions in the description are currently incorrect I should also be refunded my postage. This is probably a very good product if you get the correct size.
