Highly recommended even if you don't wear this style, get one pair! its worth the investment, and you will likely get more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars but I ordered a medium and it fit fine. Under fitted pants or thinner slacks, this made my butt look weirdly big. Under looser pants or jeans, it was less obvious. The pads are removable, I may try to make my own thinner inserts. But that is just me. It wont make it go POW BAM DAMN huge butt, but it definitely improves my non existing derriere. Ordered 4 more (I went up a size cause mediums were a little too tight). Very happy.
