**Q: Are these sharp points small enough to probe into breadboard holes?**
A: I recently purchased these for the purpose of measuring points on a breadboard; there is a solid contact made with the conductor, but it is a bit snug.

**Q: do these probes use the "banana plug" connection? Will they slip onto my fluke standard test leads?**
A: The probes are supposed to fit fluke test leads. They connect to the needle end of the test probes, and not the banana plug end.

**Q: What lead set do these fit? I have an 87v/e kit. The look of them it needs to snap into not plug. Anybody with provide any insight? got the TL224**
A: They fit onto the regular Fluke pointed probe tips.  Jack

**Q: I have a fluke 17b+ with the original probes it came with. will the tp88 probes fit this model?**
A: Pretty sure probes are standard sized to fit any meter.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review

These are *very* sharp pin probes which attach onto standard 2mm test lead metal probe tips. The attachment is a friction fit, without threading, so care is needed to prevent pulling the probe out of the TP88. I use these tips with a set of TP175E probes, and they work great for hitting fine traces on circuit boards and for probing connector shells. If your boards are conformal coated, this will go right through the coating to give a good reading. One thing to keep in mind is that these tips are only rated for 60VDC. For typical uses this is plenty, but always keep in mind what the voltage you are measuring could be.
