However, this time when I ordered I decided to buy the MacuShield + Omega 3-30 day pack (vegetarian). Up until now I have never had any problems removing the capsule from its foil packaging. But, removal was difficult with these. The capsule split and what a bright orange mess it made! Not easy to remove the spillage from both hands or anywhere else! Maybe, it was me? However, I have never had this happen with any other capsules of any sort before. Just a warning for purchasers of this particular MacuShield capsule.
