Just dip the strip in the urine for 3 to 5 seconds. As soon as you see the red dye take the strip out of the urine. It is very important not to dip the strip past the "MAX" line marked on it. I bought this kit so that I could start testing early and test often. I started testing at 6 days before missed period. I know that was pretty early but I had a lot of tests so. It was negative at 6 days bmp, 5 days bmp, 4 days bmp and 3 days bmp. I was feeling nauseous and emotional so I went and bought a dollar store pregnancy test and it was positive. Then I had a Drs blood test and it was positive. Decided to keep using these tests to see how long till they showed a positive, still nothing.
