The first one lasted less than 18 months and the right bumper broke. I opened it, saw the problem, looked for spare parts and there were none, I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would not honor warranty since I opened the controller. I could have just closed it up and no one would have known. I asked the manufacturer to send me a replacement for the bumper and that I would pay for it, but they said they don't stock spare parts. Ok, my fault for opening the thing. I bought the second one in March 2025, and the right bumper on it already broke, 7 months after. I'm not dealing with customer service and with this brand again. I simply threw the controller to the trash where it belongs. These controllers are very cheaply made and are absolutely not worth the money. I recently watched a review that basically says their new hall effect sticks are less precise than their regular ones. Want modularity?
