I also use it as normal after cleaning my teeth. I love it - it is easy to use and tastes amazing, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and clean. I would not return to a normal mouthwashes now. I wish that it was readily available in the UK though as it would be cheaper without having to pay for postage from Germany.
