The top comes off easily, so I had to duct tape it for it to not come off. Even with that, the other issue is the lip that it has to cover the whole where the water comes out also works terribly. It basically makes you spill water almost every time you pour it out. Honestly, their customer service didn't even offer to replace it and they said this is a common issue with these.
