But I was not disappointing at all. Even though my head measures 56cm at the widest part I'd rather a hat is a bit too loose than too tight so I played it safe and ordered the 59cm. It's the perfect fit for me; not so big that it wobbles around on my head or falls onto my eyes, but loose enough not to be restricting. I can get 2 fingers depth (about 3cm) between the hat and my forehead so if you like a snug fit I would say the sizing is very accurate.Quality:The fake fur is lovely quality, very soft and pretty realistic. The leather type PVC is also great and not at all plasticy looking with its realistic hide effect. Some reviewers have mentioned a strong smell but I've not noticed anything more than a faint "new fabric" smell on mine. Anyway, I don't think it would do it any harm to gently hand wash it (but then I ignore labels, preferring to use common sense instead).Very good value for money and I couldn't be more pleased.
