My suggestion would be either to modify your purple sheets to a darker purple, since I believe that's a pretty popular color right now, or just call them plain purple cause that's what they are.2. The sheets are damask striped... The pillow cases came out almost like plain pillow cases. If you look really hard for them, you can sort of see the damask striping, but otherwise they stand out on our bed of being plain next to everything else that is striped. I believe this issue with the striping also hurt the perception of the color. Without the visible striping, it definitely made the pillows look more "Barney Purple".Other than those two issues, we're satisfied with the sheets. However, because of those two issues, I don't think you'd like me to leave an honest review.
