Well the box was in mint condition but on opening it the strap was absolutely dirty, they could've cleaned it up. The device battery was flat as a pancake so took a while before I could test it. Apart from that the unit works great so far, but only had it less than 24 hours. Did a test ride with remote and my insta360 x4 and synchronised brilliantly. ### ⭐ Not Fit For purpose *by I***L on 16 May 2025* This is my second unit, after I sent the first one back as er sent any gps data to the x5, this one is even worse, and it won’t even connect. As well as that, according to the instructions the connection should be simple, but it just doesn't work, and the menu and settings on the camera, the unit and particularly the app are a complete nightmare, so convoluted, what’s the complete opposite to user friendly? I love my X5, but this unit is not fit for purpose.
